With over 25 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality and more than 6 years in the financial services industry, Matthew Fondas brings a unique, client-focused approach to financial planning and protection. After a successful tenure with New York Life and Baystate Financial, he founded Fondas Financial Group in 2025 to offer more personalized, flexible, and comprehensive services. While maintaining a broker relationship with Baystate Financial, Fondas Financial Group is able to provide a broader range of solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Licensed in 20 states, Matthew and his team specialize in helping individuals, retirees, young families, and small businesses plan for and protect their futures—with personal attention and strategies tailored to each client’s needs, but is not exclusively restricted to Baystate Financial and their products.
